Thanksgiving & Christmas 2024

9/18/2024 - The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is gearing up again this year to help several needy families in the community. The Sheriff’s Office wants to help families within the county with their needs at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Last year was a great success because of all the help we received from local merchants and individuals from our community.

Law Publication Representative Seeking Donations

1/11/2023 - Steve Wallace (Retired Deputy Sheriff, Arkansas) will be out seeking donations from local area business in Washington County over the next few weeks. The purpose of the donations are to support edcuation and safety materials for children. These materials will be used by the WCSO during events such as the Washington County Free Fair, SunFest, D.A.R.E. and other community type events. Should any business have questions or concerns, please call 918-332-4000 and ask to speak with any of the administrative assistants, the Undersheriff or Sheriff Owen.

Annual Thanksgiving program for families in need

11/09/2021 - It is that time of year where we will be sending out food baskets to families in need this Thanksgiving. This year we will be delivering food baskets November 18th and 19th (Thursday and Friday).

7th Annual COPS & RODDERS Benefit Car Show - Another Successful Show

10/02/2021 - Despite a rainy morning, the WCSO held its 7th Annual COPS & RODDERS benefit car show on October 2nd! A huge shoutout to our 2021 sponsors and to all who weathered the rain and either entered their vehicle or came out to support the show!

7th Annual COPS & RODDERS Benefit Car Show

8/31/2021 - This is our 7th year to host this benefit show, which we have seen grow each year! The top 20 cars will receive a $50 cash award, door prizes will be on hand, raffle for one of 3 different firearms, and concessions will be on hand. All proceeds from concessions go directly to support the WCSO's annual Thanksgiving and Christmas programs for local families in need.
